The Process of internal Quality System in Administration of the Educational Opportunity Expansion School in Jaehom District Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
The objectives of this research was study of context of the educational opportunity expansion schools in Jaehom District, the process of internal quality assurance system administration and problem in development of the internal quality assurance system of the educational opportunity expansion schools in Jaehom District Lampang Primary Educational Service Area Office 3.Population and samples were teachers, basic education institution committees and institution administrators (total amount 104 samples). The research instrument is rating scales. Frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation were used in statistical analysis. It was found that the procedures of the process was too complicated, teachers were responsible in too much workload and did not have opportunities in planning the visions, missions and philosophies of institutions, the system lacked clearly methods in education quality assessment and lacked in publishing their reports to the related persons, original affiliations and communities. In my opinion and suggestions, the institutions should give more opportunities to their personnel and cooperate with their primary educational service area office for participation in process of the quality assurance system and improvement in education quality of the institutions, in addition, the institutions should also publish their Self Assessment Report; SAR to the related persons, the original affiliations, parents and the communities.
