Abstract:
The purpose of this research were to : (1) study efficiencies of human resource management in Wangnuea Wittaya : The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 35. And (2) compaire opinions of administrators and teachers concerning efficiencies of human resource management classified by sex, years of work and degree. The sample totaling 73 randomly selected. Used as an instrument of research was a rating scale questionnaire with reliability of 0.83. Statistics used for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and ANOVA. The research findings were as follows: (1) The rating for overall efficiencies of human resource management in Wangnua Wittaya was at the medium level. (2) The comparison on opinions of administrators and teachers concerning efficiencies of human resource management classified by sex and years of work were not differ statistically significant but classified by degree was statistically significant.
