Abstract:
The purposes of this research were to investigate and compare personnel
recruitment and selection in food export industry organizations of different sizes.
The samples of this study were 160 employees in food export industry
organizations. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. Frequency, percentage,
means, standard deviation, One-Way ANOVA, Multiple Response, Crosstabulation, and
Kruskal-Wallis One-Way ANOVA were employed to analyze the data.
It was found that food export industry organizations of different sizes had the
same recruitment principles but different policy, process, and sources. In addition, the
study revealed that the selection principles, policy, process and criterion of food export
industry organizations of different sizes were also different. The study was statistical
significance at the level of .05.
