Abstract:
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียน
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูหัวหน้ากิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร จำนวน 402 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับมีความเชื่อมั่นทั่งฉบับเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่
ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า t การทดสอบค่า F และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่โดยวิธีของ Scheffe
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร มีการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน โดยรวมและรายด้าน คือด้านกิจกรรมแนะแนว ด้านกิจกรรมลูกเสือ-เนตรนารี และด้านความถนัดและความสนใจอยู่ในระดับมาก
2. ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร ที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
3. ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธรที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาโดยรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
4. ข้าราชการครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร ที่มีประสบการณ์ ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01
The objectives of this study were to investigate the state of school performance of development activities for students in schools under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Areas and to compare the opinions of the respondents classified by their professional position, school size, and work experience.
A total sample consisting of 402 subjects, under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region, including school administrators and the teachers who were head of school activity for student development was gained by using a stratified random sampling method with referencing of the sample size criterion of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaire with the overall coefficient reliability of .94. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test, and Scheffes comparison test.
The research findings were as follows:
1. The overall and different aspects of the opinions of administrators and the teachers who were head of school activity towards the state of school performance of the development activities for student development in schools under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region were found at a higher level.
2. In terms of the comparison of the respondents opinions towards the state of school performance of the activity for student development in schools under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region, it was found that the respondents who held

The opinion of the teachers who were working in schools with different sizes towards the overall state of the school performance of the activity for student development in schools under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region was also found statistically insignificant different.
4. The opinion towards the state of school performance of the activity for students development of the teachers who had difference in administrative work towards the overall state of the school performance of the activity for student development in schools under the jurisdiction of Yasothorn Educational Service Area Office Region was found statistically different at level .01 of significance.
