Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่มีต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 258 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นและกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของ Krejcie and Morgan เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 46 ข้อ มีความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า F ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 โดยรวม และรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่มีตำแหน่งต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ครูผู้สอน และประธานคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษายโสธร เขต 1 โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน ด้านการบริหารจัดการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ด้านการจัดวิถีพุทธสู่วิถีการเรียนรู้ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ส่วนด้านการเกื้อกูลสัมพันธ์โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธและชุมชน ไม่แตกต่างกัน The objectives of this study were to investigate the state of the operation of the Budhism-oriented schools and to compare the opinions of the school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees toward the state of the operation of the Budhism-oriented schools under the Jurisdiction of the Office of Yasothorn Educational Service Area 1. The surveyed opinions were also analyzed on certain variables including the respondent’s professional positions held and school sizes. A total of 258 samples including school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees teachers were selcted by using the stratified random sampling method according to the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The research instrument was a five-scale rating questionnaire with the overall coefficient reliability of .98. The statistics utilized for data analysis included percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and F-test. The research findings were as follows: 1. The overall and different aspects of the opinions of the school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees toward the state of the operation of the Budhism-oriented schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Yasothorn Educational Service Area 1 were found to be at a higher level. 2. The overall and different aspects of the opinions of the school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees toward the state of the operation of the Budhism-oriented schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Yasothorn Educational Service Area 1 were found not significantly different. 3. The overall aspect of the opinions of the school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees toward the state of the operation of the Budhism-oriented schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Yasothorn Educational Service Area 1, classified by the professional position held, were found to be statistically different at level .01 of significance. However, the opinions of the school administrators, teachers, and the chairmen of school committees toward certain variables namely school administration and implementation of Budhism-orientation into ways of learning were not found to be different at a statistically significant level.
