Abstract: ผลการศึกษา ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา มีความสำคัญต่อการบริหารงานภายในสถานศึกษาเป็นอย่างยิ่ง หากผู้บริหารให้ความสำคัญกับผู้ร่วมงาน มีภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ มีการร่วมมือร่วมใจกันทำงานของทุกฝ่ายในสถานศึกษา จะทำให้การทำงานนั้นประสบความสำเร็จตามเป้าหมายที่วางไว้ได้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธร 2) ศึกษาระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธร 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธร จำนวน 346 คน โดยใช้ตารางกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างสำเร็จรูปของเครชี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.979 สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธรโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ระดับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธรโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ ยโสธรโดยภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์กันระดับสูงในทิศทางบวก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

Abstract: The result : -Creative leadership of school administrators And teamwork of teachers is very important to administration within school. If executives value their co-workers Have creative leadership There is cooperation and unity in the work of all parties. In school, work will be successful according to the goals set. The purposes of this study were to 1) investigate the level of creative leadership of school administrators according to perception of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon. 2) investigate the level teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon. and 3) study the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon. 346 teachers were participants in this study, they were chosen according to the Krejcie & Morgan table. The questionnaire of this research was a 5-level rating scale the reliability 0.979 The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research results were as follows. 1) The level of creative leadership of school Administrators according to perception of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon was found at a high level. 2) The level teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon was found at a high level. 3) The relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and teamwork of teachers under the secondary education service area office Sisaket Yasothon was rated at the high positive correlation for overall aspect and was presented statistical significance at 0.01.
