The Relationship between Conflict Management of School Administrators and Teamwork of Teachers in Educational Institutions under the Jurisdiction of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Educational institution administrators would encourage teachers to work as a team or encourage teachers to work in any form, but conflict is something that all parties must encounter in working together. Conflict is between individuals and groups of people. An organization of two or more parties must communicate with each other, interact, work together, or live in the same society But those people have different opinions, attitudes, needs, goals or objectives, and inconsistent or incompatible. This results in inconsistent behavior and practices. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the level of conflict management among school administrators under the jurisdiction of the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, 2) to study the level of teamwork among teachers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office, Areas 2, and 3) to study the relationship between conflict management of school administrators and teamwork of teachers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.
The sample group used in this study was 327 educational institution administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The result findings were as follows:
1.The five areas of conflict management among educational institution administrators under the jurisdiction of the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, overall, the opinions were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect of allowing has the highest level of opinions, followed by cooperation avoidance, subjection, and compromisation, respectively.
2.The six areas of teamwork of teachers in educational institutions under the district office Sisaket Primary Education Area, Area 2, overall opinions were at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the team's goals have the highest level of opinions, followed by acceptance, respect, participation Interaction trust, and communication, respectively.
3.The overall relationship between conflict management among educational institution administrators avoidance side of consent side of compromise cooperation and subjection with teamwork of teachers in educational institutions under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, was found that there was a positive relationship with statistically significant differences at the 0.01 level. There is a high level of relationship in all aspects.
