The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring innovative leadership of school administrators and teachers teamwork in schools, with a reliability coefficient of 0.60. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearsons productmoment correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.

A statistically significant relationship between innovative leadership and teachers teamwork was found at the .001 level. Furthermore, the factors of innovative leadership that significantly predicted teachers teamwork were organizational innovative climate, creativity, and risk-taking, accounting for 8.86% of the variance.
The prediction equation in raw scores was
Ŷ = 0.449 + 0.289 (X₃) + 0.330 (X₂) + 0.284 (X₄)
while the standardized equation was
Ẑ = 0.311 (X₃) + 0.345 (X₂) + 0.315 (X₄)
