Abstract:
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาและพัฒนาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำของเด็กปฐมวัย 2) ประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำของเด็กปฐมวัย 3) พัฒนาโปรแกรม และ 4) ศึกษาผลการใช้โปรแกรมก่อนและหลังการทดลอง การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ระยะ คือ ระยะ 1 การพัฒนาโปรแกรม ระยะ 2 การทดลองใช้และปรับปรุงโปรแกรม และระยะ 3 การศึกษาผลการใช้และปรับปรุงโปรแกรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ เด็กอนุบาล 2 จำนวน 20 คน จังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่เข้าร่วมการวิจัย จำนวน 20 คน ครูอนุบาล 2 จำนวน 10 คน และผู้บริหาร 1 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบประเมินภาวะผู้นำในเด็กปฐมวัย แบบสอบถามผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม และแบบสัมภาษณ์ครูและผู้บริหารเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณ PNImodified ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยสรุปว่า 1) องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำในเด็กปฐมวัยประกอบด้วย ความมั่นใจในตนเอง การตัดสินใจ ความเข้าอกเข้าใจ ความรับผิดชอบ การสื่อสาร และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น 2) ผู้ปกครอง ครู และผู้บริหารมีความต้องการจำเป็นเกี่ยวกับการส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำในเด็กปฐมวัยด้านการจัดกิจกรรม การจัดสภาพแวดล้อม และการตั้งนโยบาย 3) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมภาวะผู้นำในเด็กปฐมวัยโดยใช้การเล่นและการสื่อสารเชิงบวกผ่านการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองประกอบด้วยหลักการสำคัญคือ การเสริมสร้างตัวตน และการให้เด็กมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่นผ่านการเล่นและการสื่อสารเชิงบวกที่บ้านและโรงเรียน 4) คะแนนภาวะผู้นำของเด็กหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้ปกครอง ครู และผู้บริหารมีความเห็นว่าโปรแกรมสามารถพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในเด็กปฐมวัย และส่งเสริมความร่วมมือระหว่างครูและผู้ปกครองได้
This study aimed to: (1) identify and develop components of early childhood leadership, (2) assess needs for leadership promotion in young children, (3) create a leadership development program, and (4) ) examine the effects of the program before and after implementation. The study was conducted in three phases: Phase 1development of the leadership development program, Phase 2implementation and refinement of the program, and Phase 3evaluation and improvement of the program. The sample group consisted of 20 kindergartener level 2 in Bangkok, 20 parents of participating children, 10 kindergarten teachers, and one school administrator. Research tools included a leadership assessment for children, a parent questionnaire, and interviews with teachers and the administrator. Data were analyzed using PNImodified, mean scores, standard deviation, and t-tests. Key findings were: (1) Leadership in early childhood comprises self-confidence, decision-making, empathy, responsibility, communication, and collaboration; (2) parents, teachers, and administrators emphasized the need for leadership promotion, especially in activity planning, environment design, and policy development; (3) the program, centered on play and positive communication with parental involvement, promoted self-identity and social interaction at home and school; (4) childrens post-program leadership scores significantly improved (p < .05), and parents, teachers, and the administrator affirmed the programs effectiveness in enhancing leadership and strengthening schoolfamily collaboration
