Abstract:
The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) synthesize indigenous knowledge, local wisdom, and products of the elderly to enhance the value of community-based cultural tourism for lifelong learning in the eastern region. 2) Study the use of technology to connect community learning networks "Enjoy, Explore, Experience, and Real" 3) Manage indigenous knowledge, local wisdom, and products of the elderly to enhance the value of community-based cultural tourism for lifelong learning in the eastern region. 4) Create an innovative community learning network "Enjoy, Explore, Experience, and Real" with efficient elderly knowledge in the eastern region. 5) Analyze the value of elderly knowledge in the eastern region through the network innovation. The sample groups consist of 5 groups: Group 1 - 5 experts, Group
2 - Reflect & Discussion network community leaders, Group 3 - 30 tourists visiting
"Enjoy, Explore, Experience, and Real", Group 4 - 20 community leaders, and Group 5
- 20 elderly with advanced local wisdom in the eastern region covering 7 provinces.
Statistical methods used in the research include percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, univariate analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient analysis. The research findings are as follows:
1. The synthesis of indigenous knowledge, local wisdom, and products of the elderly to enhance the value of community-based cultural tourism for lifelong learning in the eastern region identified 5 knowledge areas: (1) Transformation of food and beverage knowledge, (2) Utilitarian decoration knowledge, (3) Local herbal nowledge,
(4) Textile and bedding knowledge, and (5) Occupational lifestyle, culture, and customs knowledge.
2. The technology usage model to connect community learning networks "Enjoy, Explore, Experience, and Real" consists of 7 components: Connection to reality,
Collaborative Learning Based on Tourism, Check-in open trip map, Climate/Context
perspective change, Community Product showcase, Communication Channels for
Tourism, and Community Cultural Product showcase.
3. The indigenous knowledge management process, local wisdom, and elderly
products to enhance the value of community-based cultural tourism for lifelong
learning in the eastern region includes the "WE SHARE" process: Wisdom Community
analytics, Exchanging Knowledge, Storage, Holistic Identity Community, Acquisition,
Refinement, and Elaboration.
4. The innovation of the community learning network "Enjoy, Explore, Experience, and Real" with the elderly knowledge in the eastern region on the web application link http://weenjoywisdom.com/Travel includes the Learn Eastern Wisdom board, visit local check-in spots, and visit 16 communities covering 7 provinces in the eastern region.
5. The value of elderly knowledge in the eastern region through the network
innovation showed an increased perception of the value of elderly knowledge among
tourists. Statistical analysis indicated a significant increase in pride in elderly knowledge for the community.
6. The self-perceived value assessment of the elderly after participating in the
real tourism promotion through QTVR 360-degree technology "Enjoy, Explore,
Experience, and Real" showed a significant increase in self-perceived value among the elderly participants before and after the activity.
