Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) Investigate the information consumption behavior and business operation needs of new generation entrepreneurs on online platforms.
2) Develop an online channel to raise awareness, promote knowledge and
understanding, and facilitate business operations for new generation entrepreneurs.
3) Evaluate the satisfaction level of the target audience towards the developed
channel. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) methodology.
The research procedure was divided into four phases: Phase 1: Literature Review : A
comprehensive review of literature on awareness creation, online channel creation,
target audience analysis, and channel planning was conducted. Phase 2: Channel
Development : An online channel was developed to raise awareness, promote
knowledge and understanding, and facilitate business operations for new generation
entrepreneurs.Phase 3: Channel Evaluation : The developed channel was evaluated
by qualified experts using a rating scale.Phase 4: Satisfaction Assessment : The
satisfaction level of the target audience towards the developed channel was
assessed using a questionnaire.The target audience for the research comprised of:
Study Group: Undergraduate students nationwide, sampled using Snowball
Sampling.Quality Evaluation Group: Three qualified experts with the rank of Associate Professor.Satisfaction Assessment Group: General public who participated in the training program. Data Collection Instruments is a questionnaire was used to gather information on the target audience's information consumption behavior, business operation needs, and satisfaction level with the developed channel. In-depth interviews were conducted to explore the target audience's in-depth needs and
preferences regarding the developed channel.Quality Evaluation Form: A quality
evaluation form was used to assess the quality of the developed channel by
qualified experts. Satisfaction Assessment Form: A satisfaction assessment form was
