Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the components Steps for developing a collaborative network for entrepreneurs and faculty to provide guidance and mentoring (Coaching and Mentoring) for modern entrepreneurs. 2) Develop a model and operating process for developing a collaborative network for entrepreneurs. Faculty to provide guidance and mentoring (Coaching and Mentoring) for modern entrepreneurs and
3) trial and evaluation of the model The process of developing a collaborative network
for entrepreneurs and faculty to provide guidance and mentoring (Coaching and Mentoring) for modern entrepreneurs. The independent variables are 1) components, stages and needs of network development, 2) entrepreneurs, 3) coaching and mentoring, 4) consultation.
The dependent variables are the results of developing the entrepreneurial collaboration network, faculty to provide coaching and mentoring for new-age entrepreneurs. The researcher has conducted research into 3 phases: Phase 1 studies principles, concepts, theories, and research related to the development of entrepreneurial cooperation networks. Phase 2 develops models and operating processes for entrepreneurial cooperation networks. and Phase 3: trial and evaluation of the operating model of the entrepreneur cooperation network. The research tools were: 1) a questionnaire about the components Steps for developing a collaborative network 2) Interview questions about the components and the process of developing a collaborative network and 3) a form for evaluating the quality of a collaborative network format.
The results that:

2. Model development and the operating process for developing an entrepreneur cooperation network has 3 components: Component 1: Input factors include 1) entrepreneurs, 2) learning resources, 3) advisors/mentors, 4) entrepreneurial skills, and
5) Network management. Component 2: Network driving process consists of Step 1: Network integration, Step 2: Activities within the network, Step 3: Plan and create a business plan, Step 4: Operate according to the business plan, Step 5: Check. Operation and step 6: review the business plan And Component 3:, supervision and monitoring of the network, consists of 1) monthly knowledge exchange and 2) quarterly performance reporting. All components will be carried out under the Coaching and Mentoring process, followed up on-line & on- site.
3. Results of the trial and evaluation of the model; The researcher tested the model with 12 groups of volunteers participating in the research project, Operate a food business Clothing business and the online course business, resulting in 6 networks, with 6 establishments involved in guidance and mentoring and group advisors, totaling 6 people, from evaluation of the format by experts To ensure the quality of the entrepreneur cooperation network development model. Overall, it was at the highest level (= 4.54,
SD = 0.46).
