Abstract:
The objectives of this research are as follow 1) To study, analyze and Synthesize the needs and knowledge of tourism through Lao Krang culture in Lao Krang Community in Suphanburi province that has potential to develop creative cultural tourism 2) To develop the potential of human capital in the community towards tourism management by using local wisdom of Lao Krang culture fir tourism management to drive creative tourism and hospitality 3) To develop tourism activities by people in the community to drive tourism and hospitality to Lao Krang culture according to the nature of tourism resources and hospitality. The population and samples are government representatives, private representatives engage with tourism and hospitality business tourism, tourism entrepreneurs, tourists and local people.
The research found that the analyzing and synthesizing the needs and knowledge of cultural tourism in Lao Krang community, Suphanburi province with potential for the development of creative cultural tourism on knowledge and skill from the demand by Lao Krang community shell be benefit of promoting cultural tourism is great demand in communication, marketing and management. The Potential of Human Capital development in the community towards tourism management by using local wisdom of Lao Krang culture in tourism management to drive tourism and hospitality was found that the skills development necessary to support and develop the tourism; storytelling skill, content creation, marketing communication and public relations of tourism through various media and ways of generating income from local knowledge bases. Finally, the tourism activities development by people in the community to drive tourism and hospitality to Lao Krang culture according to the nature of tourism resources and hospitality can be used to develop the potential of human capital in tourism of Lao Krang community at Nong Ya Sai district, Suphanburi province by preparing guidelines for the human capital potential development in tourism of the Lao Krang community.
