Educational Status and Management of Academic Services of The Learning Network to Promote Learning for Learners at Princess Chulabhorn Science High Schools
Abstract:
This research aims to: 1) study the state of learning network management in the Princess Chulabhorn Science High School group, and 2) Study the management approaches of the learning network to promote learning for learners in Princess Chulabhorn Science High Schools. The sample consisted of 310 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, selected using stratified random sampling. The research instruments included a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient 0.97 and a semi-structured interview. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D.), and content analysis. The findings revealed that 1) the overall level of learning network management in the Princess Chulabhorn Science High School group was high. When considering each aspect, the highest mean score was found in network planning, followed by resource management, monitoring and evaluation, and communication and information exchange, respectively. 2) The approaches for managing learning networks to enhance student learning in this school group include. 1) modernizing curricula, supporting resources and technology, and fostering domestic and international collaborations. 2) analyzing network needs to allocate resources appropriately and decentralizing management authority. 3) utilizing digital technology and online platforms for fast, transparent, and verifiable communication. 4) implementing standardized tools and methods, setting clear evaluation criteria, encouraging stakeholder participation, and applying assessment results systematically to improve the quality of education.
