The Establishing Relationships Between Schools and Communities Affecting the School Administration Under the Local Government Organizations, Lampang Province
Abstract:
This research article aims to: 1) to investigate the practices of relationship building between schools under local administrative organizations in Lampang Province and their surrounding communities 2) to examine the school administration practices of school administrators affiliated with local administrative organizations in Lampang Province 3) to analyze the relationship between schoolcommunity partnerships and school administration under local administrative organizations and 4) to identify the key factors of schoolcommunity relationship building that influence school administration in schools under local administrative organizations in Lampang Province. The research findings indicate that 1) the categories of school-community relationship-building ranked by mean scores from highest to lowest were: community participation, public relations, support for school activities, and community services. 2) Regarding school administration under local administrative organizations in Lampang Province, both overall and individual categories exhibited high mean scores. Ranked from highest to lowest, these were: general administration, budget administration, academic administration, and personnel administration. 3) The aspects of school-community relationship-building that significantly influenced school administration were support for school activities, public relations, and community participation. These factors significantly predicted school administration at 01 level.
