Abstract:
The objective of this independent study was to examine the level of digital organization of schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was selected using a two-stage random sampling method as follows: (1) stratified sampling was used by categorizing schools based on size, then 75 schools were randomly selected from those under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the academic year 2024; (2) simple random sampling was then applied to select personnel from each of the 75 selected schools. Two individuals from each school were chosen: one school administrator and one head of department teacher, totaling 150 participants.
The research instruments included two sets of questionnaires on the level of digital organization of schools under the Chachoengsao Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 - one set for school administrators and another for head of department teachers. Each set consisted of two parts: part 1general information of the respondents and part 2 Opinions regarding the digital organization level of their school
The data were analyzed using percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the study revealed that (1) the overall level of digital organization for school administrators was at a high level (4.23). The highest scoring dimension was Personnel (4.32), while the lowest was Management Process (4.15) ; and (2) The overall level of digital organization for head of department teachers was also at a high level (4.11). The highest scoring dimension was Organizational Culture (4.24), and the lowest was Technology Resources (3.93).
