INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE HIGH PERFORMANCE ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE ROI ET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1
Abstract:
ABSTRACT
The objectives of the research were to study; 1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators, 2) the level of the high performance organization of schools, 3) relationship between the Innovative leadership of school administrators and the high erformance organization of schools and 4) the innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the high performance organization of schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group consisted of 282 dministrators and teachers under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified into 30 school administrators and 252 teachers. The research tools were 5 level rating scale questionnaires. The Innovative leadership of school administrators with a confidence value of 0.872 and the high performance organization of schools with a confidence value of 0.855. The statistics used to analysis the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to evaluate the hypothesis were Pearsons Product Moment and
Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results showed that 1. The innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level.
2. The high performance organization of schools was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the innovative leadership of school
administrators and the high-performance organization of school had a positive relationship correlation with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4. The innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the high performance organization of schools the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1 consists of 4 aspects: the aspect of risk management, the aspect of creating an atmosphere of innovation organization, the aspect of teamwork, and the aspect of the vision of change. The four variables together predicted the high performance organization of schools the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1. It could predict 88.70% with a statistical significance at the level of .01 and the predicting equations could be written as follows.
