Abstract: บทคัดย่อ การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรสมรรถนะสูง 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษา และ 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 จำนวน 282 คน จำแนกเป็น ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน และครู จำนวน 252 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.872 และตัวแปรการเป็นองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษามีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.855 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบมีขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. องค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษาอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษาอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 4. ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ดเขต 1 คือ ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์การเปลี่ยนแปลง โดยตัวแปรทั้ง 4 ร่วมกันพยากรณ์การเป็นองค์กรสมรรถนะสูงของสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 1 ได้ร้อยละ 88.70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยเขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y´ = .886 + .657X5 + .248X4 + .194X2 + .107X1 สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z´y = .692 ZX5 + .234 ZX4 + .156 ZX2 +.105 ZX1

Abstract: ABSTRACT The objectives of the research were to study; 1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators, 2) the level of the high performance organization of schools, 3) relationship between the Innovative leadership of school administrators and the high erformance organization of schools and 4) the innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the high performance organization of schools under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1. The sample group consisted of 282 dministrators and teachers under the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1, classified into 30 school administrators and 252 teachers. The research tools were 5 level rating scale questionnaires. The Innovative leadership of school administrators with a confidence value of 0.872 and the high performance organization of schools with a confidence value of 0.855. The statistics used to analysis the data were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The statistics used to evaluate the hypothesis were Pearson’s Product Moment and Stepwise Multiple Regression. The results showed that 1. The innovative leadership of school administrators was at a high level. 2. The high performance organization of schools was at a high level. 3. The relationship between the innovative leadership of school administrators and the high-performance organization of school had a positive relationship correlation with statistical significance at the .01 level. 4. The innovative leadership of school administrators affecting the high performance organization of schools the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1 consists of 4 aspects: the aspect of risk management, the aspect of creating an atmosphere of innovation organization, the aspect of teamwork, and the aspect of the vision of change. The four variables together predicted the high performance organization of schools the Office of Roi Et Primary Educational Service Area 1. It could predict 88.70% with a statistical significance at the level of .01 and the predicting equations could be written as follows. The regressive equation in form of raw scores (Unstandardized Score) Y´ = .886 + .657X5 + .248X4 + .194X2 + .107X1 The regressive equation in form of standard scores (Standardized Score) Z´y = .692 ZX5 + .234 ZX4 + .156 ZX2 +.105 ZX1
