Abstract:
ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the component of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools under Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office 27 to study the current situation and desirable condition of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools under Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office 27, 2) study the component of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools under Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office 27, and 3) to develop the strategic management model of the small secondary schools under Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. This research used mixed methodology which were quantitative research and quantitative research. The samples were small schools under Roi Et Secondary Education Service Area Office 27. The instrument used for this research were questionnaire and an assessment of the suitability and feasibility of strategies. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, index values (PNI Modified) and analyzing the content of focus group discussions. The results of this research found that: 1. The current conditions and desirable conditions of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools under Roi Et Secondary
Education Service Area Office 27 were at a high level. Considering each aspect, the desirable state of the strategy in schools. The mean maximum is project / Activity objectives, destination, product, result, indicators, processing time, expenditure and responsible clearly were at the highest level (X̅ = 4.88). The second is the implementation of the process flow chart were at the highest level (X̅ = 4.83). 2. The component of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools consists of six elements, 1) strategic planning of school, 2) strategic assessment of school, 3) determine the direction of school, 4) strategy formulation of school, 5)Compliance strategy of school and 6) strategic assessment of school. 3. Development of the strategic management model of the small secondary schools consists of 6 important components. This is appropriate, Accurate as possible and can be applied to practical use. This is consistent with the theoretical framework of the research.
