Factors Affecting School Administrators according to the Dasaphitharajdhamma Principles of School Administrators under the Special Education Bureau in the Three Southern Border Provinces
Abstract:

of the Special Education Bureau in the Three Southern Border Provinces. The research
population consisted of 626 educational administrators and teachers working in the
Special Education Bureau in the Three Southern Border Provinces. The research
instrument was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The statistical analyses
employed included mean, standard deviation, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and
multiple regression analysis using the Enter method.
The findings revealed that the overall educational institution administration
based on the ten royal virtues by educational administrators was at a high level. The
factors affecting the administration of educational institutions based on the ten royal
virtues have a linear relationship with the variables of the administration of educational
institutions based on the ten royal virtues by the educational administrators was
statistically significant at the .01 level, with all pairs showing a positive correlation. The
four predictor variables can predict 80.50 percent of educational institution
administration based on the ten royal virtues by educational administrators of the
Special Education Bureau in the Three Southern Border Provinces, which was
statistically significant at the .01 level, with a cumulative multiple correlation
coefficient of .897. The prediction error was .18364. The regression equation was as
