Abstract:
The objectives of this research are: 1) to compare the academic management of school administrators under the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1 is classified by position, work experience and size of the educational institution 2) to study the development guidelines for academic management of school administrators. under the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1, the sample used in the study was government officials, teachers, and school administrators. In the Lampang Primary Educational Area Office 1, which was obtained by opening the ready-made table of Kerjcie and Morgan (In the selection of the sample, the confidence was set at 95% and the margin of error was not more than 0.5, and a sample of 274 people was obtained. The conformity index value is equal to 1.00 The confidence of the questionnaire is equal to: 0.95 The statistics used in the data analysis included general information of the respondents, including location, work experience, and the size of the educational institution. Analyze the data by finding the frequency value ( Frequency) and the percentage value ( Percentage) Opinions of teachers and administrators of educational institutions on the academic management of educational institutions were analyzed by averaging (Mean) and standard deviation (Standard Deviation) The position uses the t-value statistic (t-test or Independent Samples Test) Work experience and size of the educational institution The statistics used to analyze the data used (f-test or One-Way ANOVA) It was used to analyze and compare the difference in the mean values of three or more groups at the confidence level of 95% .
