Abstract: สารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 2) ศึกษาระดับ การบริหารงานของสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารต่อเขต 3 การบริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี 4) ศึกษาตัวแปรพยากรณ์การประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 313 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม (Try-out) มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.995 โดยใช้วิธีหาค่าสัมประสิทธแอลฟา (Alpha Coefficient) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และ การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับการบริหารตามหลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามทัศนะของครู สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2. ระดับการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการประยุกต์ใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา ในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 พบว่ามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก ในระดับสูงมาก อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 4. ตัวแปรการใช้หลักธรรมาภิบาลของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสามารถพยากรณ์การบริหาร สถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 คือ หลักความ รับผิดชอบ หลักความคุ้มค่า หลักความโปร่งใส สามารถร่วมกันส่งผลต่อการบริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 ได้ร้อยละ 80.00 สมการการถดถอยในรูปแบบคะแนนดิบ ได้ดังนี้ hat Y = 0.339 + 0.564(X_{5}) + 0.204(X_{3}) + 0.154(X_{6}) สมการพยากรณ์ถดถอยในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน มีดังนี้ hat Z = 0.576(X_{5}) + 0.199(X_{3}) + 0.162(X_{6})

Abstract: The objectives of this thesis are 1) to study the level of application of governance principles by school administrators from the perspective of teachers. Affiliated to the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3. 2) Study the level of management of the school from the teacher's point of view. 3) Study the relationship between the application of the principles of good governance of administrators to the management of educational institutions under the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3 and 4) Study the variables that predict the application of governance principles of administrators that affect the management of educational institutions. The sample group was 313 teachers affiliated with the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office, District 3. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: 1. The level of management according to the principles of good governance of school administrators according to the teacher's viewpoint. Affiliated to the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3, the overall is the highest level. 2. The level of school administration under the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3 is the highest overall level. 3. The Relationship between the Application of Governance Principles of Administrators to the Management of Educational Institutions under the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3 found that there was a very high level of positive correlation. statistically significant at the .001 level. 4. Variables in the use of governance principles by school administrators can predict school management. Affiliated to the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office 3 is the principle of responsibility and the principle of cost-effectiveness. The principle of transparency can jointly affect the management of educational institutions affiliated to the Surat Thani Primary Education Area Office, District 3 for 80.00 percent and create The regression equation in the form of raw scores as follows: Y = .339 +.564(X5) + .204(X3) +.154(X6) The regression equation in the form of a standard score is as follows: 2 =.576(X5) +.199(X3) +.162(X6)
