Abstract: The objectives were to study the context of local knowledge and culture and then create a platform for cultural tourism and local wisdom in the Wang Nam Mok community, Si Chiang Mai District, Nong Khai Province. We also aimed to assess the level of satisfaction among users of the cultural tourism and local wisdom tourism platform. We employed a mixed-methodology research approach, utilizing qualitative methods such as interviews with key informant groups, conversations with the founder of the Wang Nam Mok community, community leaders, and coordinators, and quantitative methods such as a questionnaire to gauge satisfaction among users of cultural tourism platforms and local wisdom, including both tourists and the local population. The research indicated that the developed platform, which included an infographic design, was suitable for cultural tourism and local wisdom. The design, which classifies various aspects, is modern and relevant to the digital age. The technique used to tell stories about culture and wisdom helped users understand easily, and the presentation of local knowledge was engaging. The designs aligned well with the opinions and satisfaction of the target customer base; the platform revealed that tourists are satisfied with public relations and cultural tourism, particularly when showcasing local knowledge. Upon careful consideration of each item, we found that tourists are most satisfied with the content presentation
