Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษาของกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 6 2) เพื่อศึกษาวิธีพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธของกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 6 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการบริหารสถานศึกษาตามหลักการดำเนินงายของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธในกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษเขตการศึกษา 6 ซึ่งมีรูปแบบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ผู้บริหารและครู จำนวน 272 คน สถิติที่ใช้คือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเชิงคุณภาพใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 6 คน สถิติที่ใช้เป็นแบบวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษากลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษเขตการศึกษา 6 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า สภาพการบริหารสถานศึกษา เรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อยได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไปและบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.03 ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคลค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.01 ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.02 และด้านการบริหารวิชาการค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.01 2. ผลการศึกษาวิธีการบริหารสถานศึกษา ตามหลักการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธในกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 6 มีดังนี้ 2 1) ด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการสถานศึกษาจัดให้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมเสริมและสร้างความตระหนักให้บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเห็นความสําคัญของการพัฒนาตนเองให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจและพัฒนาทักษะในการผลิต และใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยี หรือนำสื่อต่างๆที่มีรอบตัวมาใช้ในการเรียนรู้การประเมินผล/วัดผล/ผู้เรียนทุกปีการศึกษา 2. 2) ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ้มีการสรรหาและบรรจุแต่งตั้งบุคลากรที่เชี่ยวชาญในแต่ละด้าน 2. 3) ด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ นิเทศติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในกลุ่มบริหารงบประมาณให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ ของราชการ นโยบายและมาตรฐานคุณภาพการศึกษาของสถานศึกษา 2. 4) ด้านการบริหารทั่วไปและบริหารสภาพแวดล้อมผู้บริหารและครูจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ มีอาคารสถานที่เหมาะสมจัดให้มีการใช้แหล่งเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษา 3. แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารสถานศึกษา ตามหลักการดำเนินงานของโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ได้แก่ ด้านกายภาพ ส่งเสริมการผู้เรียนสามารถกิน อยู่ ดู ฟังเป็น การจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ด้านกายภาพ พัฒนาการจัดการเรียนรู้ภายในสถานศึกษาใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติเอื้อและอำนวยความสะดวกให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการจำเป็นพิเศษด้านกิจกรรมพื้นฐานวิถิีชีวิตจัดกิจกรรมวิถีชีวิตประจำวันประจำสัปดาห์กําหนดสาระการเรียนรู้หน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่บูรณาการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญการสอนและการเรียนรู้ที่มีความเอื้ออำนวยด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน กำหนดคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์การประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในชีวิตประจำวันการสร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ของการเคารพอ่อนน้อมยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสการมีเมตตา กรุณาต่อกัน มีป้ายคุณธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการจัดบรรยากาศในด้านการเรียนการสอนด้านบรรยากาศและปฏิสัมพันธ์ส่งเสริมการประสานงานกับทุกภาคส่วนที่ปฏิสัมพันธ์ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพการจัดการศึกษาพิเศษสร้างบรรยากาศจัดกิจกรรมเชิงพุทธศาสนาส่งเสริมการพัฒนาจิตใจและความสงบสุขในชีวิตประจำวันด้านการบริหารจัดการมีความโปร่งใส,สร้างระบบการแก้ไขปัญหาและการติดตามที่ให้โอกาสให้ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาทักษะทางวิถีชีวิตและการเรียนรู้ที่ยั่งยืนของนักเรียนและบุคลากรกำหนดเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนและสอดคล้องกับวิสัยทัศน์และพันธกิจของโรงเรียนวางแผนการเรียนการสอนที่มีความสอดคล้องกับหลักการดำเนินงานโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ

Abstract: The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the state of school administration of the Special Education Management Efficiency Promotion Network. School District 6 2) To study how to develop school administration according to the principles of Buddhist schools of the Special Education Management Efficiency Promotion Network. School District 6 3) To propose guidelines for school administration in accordance with the principles of Buddhist schools in the Special Education Management Efficiency Promotion Network. School District 6, which has a quantitative integrated research methodology, uses questionnaires. Examples include administrators and teachers. The statistics used were mean, standard deviation, and qualitative using semi-structured interviews. The research results found that: 1 Condition of school administration, network group to promote efficiency in special education management School District 6 as a whole, it was found that the state of school administration In descending order, namely General Administration and Environment Management, the average is 4.03. In personnel management, the average was 4.01, in budget management, the average was 4.02, and in academic management, the average was 4.01 2. The results of the study on school management methods according to the operating principles of Buddhist schools in the Efficiency Promotion Network Special education management in School District 6 is as follows: 2.1) Academic administration of educational institutions arranges for local communities to participate in supplementary activities and raise awareness for school personnel to see the importance of developing themselves to have knowledge and understanding and develop skills in producing and using technological media or using various media around them to learn assessment/measure/learners every academic year. 2.2) Personnel management 2.3) Budget Management Supervision and monitoring the performance of personnel in the budget management group to ensure compliance with government regulations. Education quality policies and standards 2.4) General administration and environment management, administrators and teachers provide an environment conducive to learning. There is a suitable building to arrange the use of learning resources within the educational institution.. 3. Guidelines for the development of school administration according to the principles of operation of the Buddhist way of school. Encourage learners to eat, live, watch, listen as well as provide a physical environment. Develop learning management within educational institutions close to nature. Facilitating and facilitating special needs In terms of basic life activities, organize weekly daily lifestyle activities. Define the subject matter of learning. A unit of learning that integrates student-centered learning. Facilitative teaching and learning Teaching and Learning Management Define desirable attributes, application of knowledge in everyday life, creating a learning atmosphere of respect, humility, smiling, kindness, kindness to one another. There is a moral badge to promote the atmosphere in teaching and learning. Atmosphere and interaction: Promote coordination with all sectors where interaction in network groups promotes efficiency, special education arrangements, creates an atmosphere, organizes Buddhist activities, promotes mental development and peace in daily life. The management is transparent, creates a problem-solving and monitoring system that provides opportunities for everyone to participate, and supports the development of sustainable lifestyle and learning skills of students and staff, setting clear goals and aligning with the school's vision and mission.
