Abstract:
This research aimed to study and compare the management conditions for organizing social and public benefit activities in educational institutions. According to the teacher's opinion classified by work experience and sizes of educational institutions which are under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 334 teachers, the sample was determined according to Krejcie and Morgan's method and perform multi-stage random sampling. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire, created by the researcher, with a reliability value of 0.99. The statistical methods used in the data analysis included mean, standard deviation, t-test, and analysis of variance. The results revealed that:
1) Teachers' opinions both overall and individually regarding to the administrative conditions of organizing social activities and public benefits of educational institutions were at a high level.
2) Comparison results of management conditions for organizing social and public activities benefits of educational institutions which are under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as follows classification according to work experience, the overall and individual results were not different and the overall results of classification by school size were not different. But when considering various aspects, it was found that there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level in activity design planning. However, there were no significant differences observed in other aspects.
