Abstract:
The objectives of this research aimed 1) to study of teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4 2) to compare the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4 that classified by gender, age, educational qualification, and work experience 3) to confirm and support the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4. This research used Mixed Research Method, there were quantitative research for studying the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4. This research used data from sample groups who were 226 teachers. This research used the questionnaire and 5 rating scale. The questionnaire with a reliability of 0.96 and the statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. This research used t test and F test. The qualitative research for studying the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4. This research had 13 professors who was senior professional level that gave the important data. This research used semi-structured interview and content analysis.
The results of this research found that
1) the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4 was at a high level. When considering each of 3 aspects, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. This research found that the way to satisfaction aspect was higher than individual expectational aspect and satisfaction of work aspect was a low level.
2) the result of comparing of opinions of the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4 that classified according to gender, age, educational qualification, and work experience that found the different genders, educational qualifications, and work experiences hadnt the different opinion and age had the different opinion.
3) the result of confirming and supporting of the teacher expectations towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4 found that had the same opinion that agreed with the teacher opinions towards personnel management of school administrators of secondary school administrators in Chainat province according to Saṅgahavatthu 4.
