Abstract:
Objectives of this research were: 1. To study the level of education management promotion of Pali division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province. 2. To study the relationship between the promotion of education management and the education management of the Pali division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and 3. To propose guidelines for promoting the education management of the Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, conducted by thew mixed research methods. The quantitative research, data were collected by questionnaires with a confidence value of 0.890 from 197 samples who were monks and novices studying in the Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Muang District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. The statistics used in the data analysis included frequency values, percentage values, mean values, and standard deviations. The hypothesis was tested using Pearson's correlation coefficient. The qualitative research, data were collected by in-depth interviewing 10 key informants, analyzed by content descriptive interpretation.
Findings were as follows:
1. The level of education management of Pali Division,Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall, was at a high level (x̅=3.58, S.D.=0.54), and when considered each aspect on a case-by-case basis, the most average aspects were: Teaching and Learning Management (x̅=3.61,S.D.=0.62) followed by Teaching and learning materials (x̅=3.57,S.D.=0.62), the aspect with the least average value was: Measurement and Evaluation (x̅=3.54,S.D.=0.58)
2. The relationship between the promotion of education management and the education management of Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, by overall was found that the promotion of education management had a positive relationship with the education management of Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province at a high level (R=0.836**).
3. Guidelines for Promoting Educational Management of the Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in Nakhon Ratchasima Province were found as follows: Academic Affairs, Budget, Human Resources, and General Administration. These above mentioned elements were the guidelines for more effective management of the Pali Division, Phrapariyattidhamma School in 4 ways: 1) Curriculum; consisting of applying foreign language teaching and learning styles. Develop appropriate learning styles and maintain some of the original styles. Apply technology to increase learning activities that focus on critical thinking skills, communication and teamwork 2) Teaching and Learning Management; consisting of monks and novices should study Pali thoroughly, along with practicing and enlightening Buddhism emphasizing on a variety of learning processes, training students to learn and practice 3) Teaching Materials; consisting of stakeholders developed access channels for information through the website, online application and public relations media, develop a library of teaching and learning materials for the Pali Division, develop online teaching and learning materials and promote the production of quality teaching and learning materials. 4) Measurement and Evaluation; consisting effective measurement tools and media have been developed, suitable for the target group. Develop a variety of measurement models to measure knowledge, skills, and other developments.
