Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน โดยใช้ ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความสามารถในการ แก้ปัญหาของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ก่อนและหลังเรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชนโดยใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ และ 3) เพื่อศึกษา ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน โดยใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนบ้านบุตาวงษ์ อำเภอลำปลายมาศ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ สำนักงานเขต พื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 1 ที่กำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 12 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน ที่จัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐาน ร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ จำนวน 6 แผน แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นแบบทดสอบแบบปรนัยชนิดเลือกตอบ มี 3 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 20 ข้อ มีค่าความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.33-0.75 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.30-0.83 และค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 แบบทดสอบวัดความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหา เรื่อง สิ่งแวดล้อมในชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นแบบทดสอบแบบอัตนัย จำนวน 2 ข้อ มีค่าความยากระหว่าง 0.50-0.52 ค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.32-0.42 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.86 แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ซึ่งเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนแบบ ประมาณค่า 3 ระดับ จำนวน 10 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วน เบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วย t-test (Dependent Samples) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2. ความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่ได้รับการจัดการ เรียนรู้โดยใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดย ใช้ปรากฏการณ์เป็นฐานร่วมกับเทคนิคคำถามอาร์-ซี-เอ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract: The purposes of this research were: 1) to compare the learning achievement of the students before and after learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique in the topic of Environment in the Community; 2) to compare the problem- solving ability of the students before and after learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique in the topic of Environment in the Community; and 3) to study the satisfaction of the students towards the learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique in the topic of Environment in the Community. The sample of the study consisted of 12 Prathomsuksa 3 students of Banbutawong School, Lamplaimat District, Buriram Province, under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the first semester of the academic year 2023 obtained by using the cluster random sampling technique. The research instruments included six lesson plans on the topic of Environment in the Community by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique; a 20-item 3 multiple choices learning achievement test on the topic of Environment in the Community with the difficulty index between 0.33 to 0.75, the discrimination index between 0.30 to 0.83, and the reliability level of 0.92; a 2-item subjective test on problem-solving ability in the topic of Environment in the Community with the difficulty index between 0.50 to 0.52, the discrimination index between 0.32 to 0.42 and the reliability level of 0.86; and a 10-item 3-rating scale questionnaire asking satisfaction of the students towards learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique for Prathomsuksa 3 students. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypotheses were tested by t-test (Dependent Samples). The findings were as follows: 1. The learning achievement of the student after learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique on the topic of Environment in the Community of Prathomsuksa 3 students was higher than before learning with statistically significant difference of .05 level. 2. The problem-solving ability of the students after learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique on the topic of Environment in the Community of Prathomsuksa 3 students was higher than those before learning with statistically significant difference of .05 level. 3. The satisfaction of students towards the learning by using Phenomenon-based Learning with the R-C-A question technique on the topic of Environment in the Community as a whole was at a high level.
