Abstract:
This research aimed to 1) study school administrative status for the excellence
of school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration. 2) create an
excellent administration model for the school administrators under the Bangkok
Metropolitan administration and 3) evaluate and certify an excellent administration
model for the school administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration.
The mixed methods research was employed with the combination of qualitative
research and quantitative research methods. The samples used in this research
include 222 schools with 888 data providers used to collect information data. There
were three sets of research tools to collect data were 1) interview. form 2) The
questionnaire related an excellent administration model for the school
administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration 3) The model
evaluation and certify form was collected in B.E. 2018. The statistics used to analyze
quantitative data include frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation,
confirmatory factor analysis and content analysis by using a statistical program.
Research results found that
1. The study school administrative status for the excellence of school
administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration. It was found that the
school administration for the excellence of school administrators affiliated with
7components, namely 1) structural management 2) strategic management 3)
personnel management 4) behavior of management method 5) system and operating
method 6) common values and 7) personnel operation skills. The excellence of school under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration were 4 aspects such as
1) academic excellence 2) budget management excellence. 3) personnel
management excellence and 4) general management excellence. And the
composition of excellent administration Model consists of 3 components such as 1)
input 2) process 3) and output factor.
2. The result of the creation an excellent administration model for the school
administrators under the Bangkok Metropolitan administration found that its consists
of three main components: 1) input 2) process 3) and output factor and 11 sub -
components that can be classified as follows : 1) input factor compose of two sub -
components including 1.1) structural management and 1.2) personnel operation
skills. 2) process factor compose of five sub - components including 2.1) strategic
management 2.2) personnel management. 2.3) behavior of management method. 2.4
system and operating method and 2.5) common values and 3) output factor
compose of four sub - components including 3.1) academic excellence. 3.2) budget
management excellence. 3.3) personnel management excellence and 4) general
management excellence.
3. The result of model evaluation showed that the total average mean was the
highest level (

= 4.82), which met the most defined criteria (

= 3.51). The model
certification found the specialists and experts were approved 98.53 percent which
passed the prescribed criteria 70 percent or more. So it concluded that an excellent
administration model for the school administrators was certified.
