Abstract:
The objectives of this dissertation were: 1) to study the components and indicators of a learning organization, 2) to verify the consistency and harmony of the component measurement model and indicators of being a learning organization with empirical data, 3) to create and develop the learning organization model of schools under the municipality in Khon Kaen Province. It was a research and development. The research sample consisted of 520 people, 9 interviewers and 9 experts. The research tools were questionnaires, interviews, and assessments of the use of components and indicators. Statistics used in data analysis are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Confirmatory factor analysis and sequential correlation tests for consistency in multiple decisions making. The results of research were found that: 1. The components and indicators of the learning organization model of schools under municipalities in Khon Kaen Province, consisting of 5 elements, 138 indicators. 2. The results of checking the consistency and harmony of the model found that χ2=36.408, df=19, χ2/df=1.916<2, P-Value = 0.095, CFI = 0.0987, TLI = 0.97, RMSEA =0.004, SRMR =0.004 and the model had construct validity. Construct Reliability: R2 was equal to 0.615 - 0.848, which was greater than 0.60, showing that the model was consistent with empirical data,3. Created and developed a learning organization model. It was found that it was appropriate at a high level and could be used.
