Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักศึกษาจีน มหาวิทยาลัยครูฉี่จิ้ง เมืองฉี่จิ้ง มณฑลยูนนาน 2) เปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักศึกษาจีนมหาวิทยาลัยครูฉี่จิ้ง เมืองฉี่จิ้ง มณฑลยูนนาน โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาจีนปริญญาตรีชั้นปี ที่ 1-4 จำ นวน 263 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย (Simple Ramdom Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า T-Test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบ One-Way ANOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักศึกษาจีน มหาวิทยาลัยครูฉี่จิ้งทั้ง 4 ด้านโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักศึกษาจีน ทั้ง 4 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกันระหว่างเพศ อย่างไม่มีมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในชั้นปี โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน สภาวะผู้นำแบบรับใช้และสภาวะผู้นำตามสภาพจริง มีความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสา คัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของนักศึกษาจีนที่ศึกษา สาขาสภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ สภาวะผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณ และสภาวะผู้นำตามสภาพจริง มีความแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Abstract: The purposes of this research were 1) to study the transformational leadership of Chinese students, 2) to compare the transformational leadership of Chinese students at Qujing Normal University, Qujing City, Yunnan Province by using quantitative research methodology. The subjects were 263 Chinese undergraduate students, 1st to 4th year, who were selected using the simple random sampling method. The research tool was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance.49 The results of the research revealed that 1) the transformational leadership of the Chinese students at Qujing Normal University was in a good level in all aspects. 2) The factor related to gender was found to have no impact on the transformational leadership of Chinese students in all four aspects with the statistical significance level at .05. The servant leadership and the actual leadership were different with a statistical significance level at .05. Lastly, it was found that the level of the transformative leadership of Chinese students majoring in the creative leadership, spiritual leadership, and actual leadership was different with a statistical significance level at .05.
