Abstract: งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ (1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 (3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 (4) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 (5) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหาร และครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 337 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของตัวแปรภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน เท่ากับ 0.970 และ 0.953 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามลำดับ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยใช้วิธี Stepwise และนำค่าสถิติที่ได้ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมมีค่า ในระดับสูง เท่ากับ 0.799 มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกหรือในทิศทางเดียวกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ทั้ง 4 ด้าน มีอำนาจพยากรณ์องค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 โดยรวมได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ได้แก่ ด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล ด้านวิสัยทัศน์ ด้านการมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และด้านความยืดหยุ่น โดยทั้ง 4 ด้านร่วมกันมีประสิทธิภาพในการทำนายร้อยละ 63.70 (R2 = 0.637) และมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์ ± 0.17896 5) ผลการวิเคราะห์ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งนวัตกรรมการศึกษาของโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาเลย เขต 1 เขียนเป็นสมการพยากรณ์ได้ ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ = 1.313 + 0.198(x3) + 0.143(x1) + 0.196(x2) + 0.153(x4) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน = 0.279(x3) + 0.212(x1) + 0.269(x2) +0.215(x4)

Abstract: The objectives of the research were (1) to study the level of creative leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1, (2) to study the level of innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1, (3) to study the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the innovative organization of schools, and (4) to study the administrators’ creative leadership influencing the schools’ innovative organization, and (5) to construct the predictive equation of the administrators’ creative leadership influencing the schools’ innovative organization. The sample group was a total of 337 school administrators and teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 in the academic year of 2023. The research instrument used for data collection was the five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of 0.986. The statistics used for data analysis comprised frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. In addition, the statistical values were used to construct the predictive equation. The research findings were as follows: 1)The creative leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was found to be overall at a high level. 2)The innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was found to be overall at a high level. 3)The relationship between the administrators’ creative leadership and the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was positively correlated at a high level of 0.799 with the statistically significant level of 0.01. 4)The four components of the administrators’ innovative leadership; Individualized Consideration (IC), Vision, Creativity, and Flexibility, totally composed of the forecasting power of the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 at the statistical significance of .01. The forecasting efficiency of four components was overall equal to 63.70% (R2 = 0.637), and the standard error of estimate of ±0.17896. 5)The analytical results of the administrators’ innovative leadership influencing the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 could be written as the following forecasting equations. The unstandardized forecasting equation was written as Ŷ = 1.313 + 0.198(X3) + 0.143(X1) + 0.196(X2) + 0.153(X4). The standard forecasting equation was written as Ẑ = 0.279(X3) + 0.212(X1) + 0.269(X2) +0.215(X4).
