School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal in Education Center Udon Thani Sugar Cane Farmers Zone
Abstract:
The objectives of this research are 1) to study School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone, 2) to compare the School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone classified by position, education level, and experience; and 3) to study suggestions for the School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone. with a sample group consisting of 133 individuals, school administrators and teachers. The research tool used was a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. The IOC value ranged from 0.67 to 1.00, with a reliability coefficient of 0.963. The statistical analysis used in this study included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The results show that: 1) The School administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone overall level The areas with the highest average to the lowest are: Educational institution management, followed by activities for student quality development Personnel development of educational institutes The aspect with the lowest average was curriculum and instructional management. 2) The result of comparing the School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone classified by position and work experience The overall difference was statistically significant at the .05 level, classified by educational background. overall is not different. 3) Suggestions for School Administrations Based on the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of Non-Formal and Informal Education Center Udon Thani Province Sugar Cane Farmers Zone should decentralize their work in driving the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy in accordance with the policy and the focus of the Office of Non-Formal Education. Should have a vision and desirable characteristics of learners according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy Promote activities for students to analyze, think, solve problems, plan and record their own income and expenses and family effectively and should constantly seek knowledge about the philosophy of sufficiency economy.
