Abstract:
This research aimed to investigate: 1) the level of innovation use of school administrators under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 2) administration in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 3) the relationship between the level of innovation use of school administrators affecting an in administration in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 and 4) the predictor relationship between the level of innovation use of school administrators affecting an in administration in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 The samples consisted of 132 school administrators under the Surat Thani primary education service area office II. Sample size determination using Krejcie and Morgan Table. The instruments used for data collection was a five point rating scale questionnaires. The statistics for data analysis were frequency, Percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis method. The research result was as follows: 1. The level of innovation use of school administrators under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in each aspect overall was at the highest level. 2. Administration in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in each aspect overall was at the highest level. 3. The relationship between the level of innovation use of school administrators in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 in overall was positively related at very high level with statistical significance at .001. 4. The predictor between the level of innovation use of school administrators in the 21st century of school under the Surat Thani Primary Education Service Area Office 2 comprised three aspects: organizational management, using digital technology in school administration and teaching. The regression equation of raw scores and standard scores were as follows: Y ̂ = .456 + .599(X5) + .160(X6) + .148(X2) Z ̂ = .642(X5) + .171(X6) + .152(X2)
