Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis were 1) to study the level of Participation in administration using the Four Sublime States of Mind of Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province 2) to compare the level of Participation in administration using the Four Sublime States of Mind of Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province, classified by gender, age, and education level 3) to study suggestions for participation in administration using the Four Sublime States of Mind of Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. The population included of 876 personnel working in Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. The sample group was 269 personnel working in Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province. It was a quantitative research. The instrument used for data collection was a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire with a contain validity of 0.67 1.00, and a confidence level of 0.94. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and the statistics used to test the Hypothesis were t-test and F-test (One-Way ANOVA). The results found that: 1) The overall level of Participation in administration using the Four Sublime States of Mind of Local Government Organization at Mueang Roi Et District, Roi Et Province was at a high level. Ranking from the highest to the lowest averages were personnel management (Metta), public service administration (Upekkha),budget management (Karuna), and organizational management (Mudita). 2) There was no difference in the results of the comparison of opinions towards the participation in administration using the Four Sublime States of Mind, classified by sex, age, and education level, there was no difference. Division by occupation Overall .05 level. 3) Suggestions for participation in administration by using the Four Sublime States of Mind should motivate personnel or related persons to have the opportunity to collaborate in participation-decision-making co-responsible, be fair to personnel, controlling budget spending to comply with government regulations.
