Abstract: This study was conducted to study the impact of self-reflection and teacher collaboration on teaching performance development of English language teachers at Rajamangala University of Technology Srivijaya (RMUTSV) and to study their attitudes toward self-reflection and teacher collaboration. The research was conducted with 3 English language teachers who taught English courses in RMUTSV, Nakhon Si Thammarat campus in the second semester of the academic year 2015. They were selected to be participants through a purposive sampling technique. The researcher selected the participants who participated voluntarily, shared similar specific characteristics in terms of teaching responsibility and educational background, and had an internal motivation to experiment and develop after collaborating with other teachers and lead to change their classroom practices. A case study was the methodological approach selected as a study design. The process of data collection and analysis was undertaken in 3 phases: phase 1 involved a preliminary investigation, phase 2 was a teacher preparation, and phase 3 was a principal investigation. The findings revealed that self-reflection and teacher collaboration affected on English language teachers’ teaching performances in 4 main categories: 1) creating a more student-centred learning environment, 2) enhancing a more classroom interaction, 3) using a more applicable and meaningful teaching material, and 4) possessing an ability to develop a reflective instrument to provide a more subjective description and feedback of their own teachings. In addition, the participants’ attitude toward self-reflection and teacher collaboration in general was positive.
