Abstract: สารนิพนธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2) เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ และ3) เพื่อเสนอแนะพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี วิธีการดำเนินการวิจัยผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาวิจัยโดยวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามกับประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่เขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข ซึ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้มาจากการคำนวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรทาโร่ยามาเน่ ได้จำนวน 399 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อการวิจัยทางสังคมศาสตร์ โดยใช้สถิติค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One Way ANOVA) ในกรณีตัวแปรอิสระตั้งแต่สามกลุ่มขึ้นไป เมื่อพบว่ามีความแตกต่างจะทำการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการ (Least Significant Difference : LSD) โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ 0.05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1. ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก พบว่า ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี อยู่ในระดับมาก ทุกด้าน 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี โดยจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ ที่แตกต่างกัน ตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้ พบว่า ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ด้านอายุ ด้านระดับการศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนด้านเพศ ด้านอาชีพ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 3. ข้อเสนอแนะพฤติกรรมทางการเมืองท้องถิ่นตามหลักศีล 5 ของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลตำบลแสนสุข อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ได้แก่ 1) ส่งเสริมให้นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นสร้างจิตสำนึกให้ตระหนัก ถึงบาปที่เกิดจากฆ่าสัตว์ 2) ส่งเสริมให้นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงมาใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต ให้มีความพออยู่พอกินไม่เกิดการลักขโมย 3) ส่งเสริมให้นักการเมืองท้องถิ่นมีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในครอบครัว มีการสำรวมในกาม 4) สร้างจิตสำนึก และค่านิยมที่ดีให้กับนักการเมืองท้องถิ่น มีความจริงใจไม่โกหก 5) สร้างค่านิยมในการไม่ดื่มสุรา เสพยาในงานบุญต่าง ๆ

Abstract: This research has the following objectives: 1) To study the local political behavior according to the five precepts of the people in Saensuk Subdistrict Municipality. Warin Chamrap District 2) to study and compare local political behavior according to the 5 precepts of the people in Saen Suk municipality. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani province classified by sex, age, level of education and occupation and 3) To suggest local political behavior according to the 5 precepts of the people in Saensuk Subdistrict Municipality. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province Methods of conducting the research The researcher studied the research by quantitative research method. (Quantitative Research) Collected data by using a questionnaire with people living in Saen Suk municipality. The sample group obtained from the calculation of the sample size according to the Taro Yamane formula was 399 people. The instrument used for data collection in this research was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed from questionnaires using a software program for social science research. The statistics were used for frequency (Frequency), Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation and t-test using One Way ANOVA. In the case of three or more independent variables When there was a difference, the pairwise differences were compared using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method with a level of statistical significance at 0.05. The research results showed that: 1. People's opinions towards local political behavior according to the five precepts of the people in Saensuk Subdistrict municipality. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province as a whole was at a high level. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province at a high level in all aspects 2. Comparison of people's opinions towards local political behavior according to the 5 precepts of the people in Sansuk municipality. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province Classified by personal factors, including gender, age, level of education and different occupations. Based on the hypothesis, it was found that people had opinions on local political behavior according to the 5 precepts of the people in Saensuk Subdistrict Municipality. Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province in terms of age and level of education There was no difference, gender and occupation were different at the statistical significance level of 0.05. 3. Suggestions for local political behavior according to the 5 precepts of the people in Saensuk Subdistrict Municipality Warin Chamrap District Ubon Ratchathani Province, namely: 1) Encourage local politicians to create awareness. 2) Encourage local politicians to adopt the sufficiency economy philosophy in their lives. to have enough to live without stealing 3) Encourage local politicians to have a good family relationship. There is composure in the senses. 4) Create consciousness. and good values to local politicians Be sincere, don't lie. 5) Create the value of not drinking alcohol. Doing drugs at charity events.
