Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู และ 3) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 5 จังหวัดอ่างทอง ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับเก็บข้อมูล ประชากรสำหรับการศึกษาคือ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 5 จังหวัดอ่างทอง จำนวน 692 คน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบเป็นขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ระดับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 5 จังหวัดอ่างทอง อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายทักษะย่อย พบว่า ทักษะการสื่อสารมีผลการประเมินสูงสุด และทักษะการสร้างสรรค์มีผลการประเมินต่ำสุด ปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องกับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 5 จังหวัดอ่างทอง พิจารณาโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู มีความสัมพันธ์กันทางบวกในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 คือ การยอมรับของสังคม และความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ 0.631 และ 0.599 ตามลำดับ เมื่อนำปัจจัยการยอมรับของสังคม ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้ร่วมงาน ผลตอบแทน บริบทของการทำงาน การพัฒนาตนเอง และลักษณะงาน ร่วมกันทำนายทักษะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรมของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 5 จังหวัดอ่างทอง พบว่าสามารถร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 50.60 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.711 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 The objectives of this research were 1) study the level of innovative thinking skills of teachers, 2) study the relationship between factors related to the teachers' innovative thinking skills, and 3) study the factors related to the teachers' innovative thinking skills under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 5, Ang Thong Province. Use questionnaires as a tool for collecting data. The population for the study was 692 teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 5, Ang Thong Province. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's Correlation Coefficient Analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. . The results of the research showed that the level of the teacher's innovative thinking skills was at a high level of teachers in educational institutions under the office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 5, Ang Thong Province. When considering individual skills, it was found that communication skills have the highest assessment results and creative skills have the lowest assessment results. Factors related to teachers' Innovative thinking skills under the office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 5, Ang Thong Province overall consideration and each aspect is at a high level. A study of the relationship between factors involved in innovative thinking skills of teachers. There was a significantly high level of positive correlation at the .01 level is the acceptance of society and relationships with colleagues the correlation coefficients were 0.631 and 0.599, respectively. When adopting the social acceptance factor, relationships with colleagues, compensation, work context self-development and collaborative work predicts teachers' innovative thinking skills under the Office of the Secondary Educational Service Area 5, Ang Thong Province. Found to be able to jointly predict 50.60 percent. The multiple correlation coefficient of 0.711 was statistically significant at the level of 0.1.
