The participants comprised 350 administrators and teachers, who were selected using stratified sampling. The tool was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire, which the part of creative leadership of school administrators indicated validity index ranged between 0.80 - 1.00, discriminant power index ranged between 0.71 0.95, and reliability index was at 0.987, whereas the part of school effectiveness indicated validity index ranged between 0.80 - 1.00, discrimination power index ranged between 0.37 0.89, and reliability index was a 0.956. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis.
The findings were as follows.
1. The creative leadership of school administrators composed of four components, namely 1) flexibility, 2) vision, 3) creativity, and 4) imagination.
2. The creative leadership of school administrators, in overall, was at high level.

4. The creative leadership of school administrators and school effectiveness showed positive correlation at high level with statistical significance at .01.
5.The creative leadership of school administrators in flexibility (X1) and creativity (X3) predicted the school effectiveness with statistical significance at .01 and predictive power at 69.10%.
Predictive equations could be written as follows.
Y/ = 0.660+0.445 (X3) +0.253 (X3)
The multiple regression analysis equation could be written in standard score form as follows:
Z/y = 0.440 (Z1) +0.284 (Z3)
6. The guidelines for developing creative leadership of school administrators affecting school effectiveness composed of two aspects, namely flexibility; and creativity.
