Abstract:
The objectives of this research were: 1) to investigate the influence of factors on risk management among construction industries in China, and 2) to suggest the construction organizations to avoid risks in the future. A sample of 104 people. Use the random sampling method as convenient. The research tool was a questionnaire. The content validity was 0.86 and reliability was 0.81. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis test was based on the statistical analysis of the Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the research showed found that most were males age 31-35 years Working time with 2-3 years Working Department is Risk Containment Position is Junior. Factor on Risk Management overall are opinions at a high level. When sorting the highest values to the lowest values are Risk Impact Risk Nature Strategy Priority Rule & Regulations and Risk Management Hypothesis test results in summary, the multiple linear regression outcomes underscore the impactful roles of risk impact, risk nature, strategy priority, and rule adherence in shaping risk management practices. With a high R2 value and statistically significant coeffcients, to suggest the construction this model provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance their risk management strategies based on these influential factors at a level of statistical significance of 0.05
