Abstract:
The objectives of the research were to study the level of transformational leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1, to study the innovative organization level of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1, to study the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the innovative organization of schools, and to study the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1. The sample group was a total of 293 school administrators and teachers under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1. The research tool was the five-level rating scale questionnaire with the reliability of .986. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis comprised the frequency distribution, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation; the inferential statistics consisted of Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient, and the stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results of the research were as follows: 1.The transformational leadership of school administrators under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was found to be overall at a high level. 2.The innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was found to be overall at a high level. 3. By means of Pearsons product moment correlation coefficient, the relationship between the transformational leadership of school administrators and the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 was positively correlated at the highest level (r = 0.849) with the statistical significance of .01. 4.Apart of the analysis, it was found that five components of transformational leadership of school administrators; the intellectual stimulation (IS), the idealized influence (II) or charisma, the inspirational motivation (IM), building a shared vision, and individualized consideration (IC), were overall capable to predict the innovative organization of schools at a statistically significant level of .01. All the five components of the administrators transformational leadership had the predictive efficiency of 73.10 (R2 = 0.731), and the Standard Error of estimate (S.E.est) of ± 0.19134. The analytical result of the transformational leadership of school administrators affecting the innovative organization of schools under the Primary Educational Service Area Office Loei 1 could be written as follows: The unstandardized regression equation was: Ŷ = 0.971 + 0.270(X3) + 0.154(X1) + 0.117(X2) + 0.098(X5) + 0.120(X4) The standard regression equation was: Ẑ = 0.378(X3) + 0.220(X1) + 0.173(X2) + 0.168(X5) + 0.135(X4)
