Abstract:
The purpose of this study were to study and compare the educational resource
management conditions of small schools, classified by position and educational level
and work experience. The sample used in the study consisted of 181 school administrators
and teachers. The sample was determined using Krejcie and Morgan tables and multi-stage
random sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire on the condition of
educational resource management in small schools. It has a consistency index value of
0.67 - 1.00 and a reliability value of 0.97. Statistics used in data analysis include mean value,
standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. One-way analysis of variance.
The study findings were as follows:
1. The overall condition of the management of educational resources in small
schools was at a high level ( x̅ = 4.32, S.D. = 0.37). When considering each aspect, it was
found that the aspect with the highest condition was the aspect of resource management,
materials, equipment, and information technology. It was at a high level (x̅ = 4.35,
S.D. = 0.39), followed by budget resource management. It was at a high level (x̅ = 4.33,
S.D. = 0.42) and the aspect with the lowest condition was human resource management.
Is at a high level (x̅ = 4.07, S.D. = 0.17).
2. Comparison of the educational resource management conditions of small
schools. According to the opinions of school administrators and teachers, classified by
position, school administrators and teachers found that overall they were different.
Statistically significant at the .05 level, in line with the set assumptions, and classified
according to educational level and work experience, it was found that overall there
were no differences.
