The Administration Model for Transition from School to Work of Students with Intellectual disabilities of Students with intellectual Disabilities in School for Disabilities Group 7 Southern Region, Office of Special Education Administration
Abstract:
This thesis has the following objectives: 1) to study the management of the transition from school to student work; with intellectual disabilities 2) to develop a model for administering the transition from school to work in students with intellectual disabilities 3) to assess the appropriateness of transition management from school to work in students with intellectual disabilities in schools specifically for disabilities, group 7, Southern region, under the office of special education administration. The research was conducted in 3 steps, namely, step 1: study of conditions by analyzing documents, questioning of 80 teachers and 80 parents, using Craigie and Morgan tables by simple random sampling method. step 2: develop the model by studying related documents and researches and studying relevant components. By in-depth interviews with 7 experts obtained by purposive selection and creating a manual for using the format and a form to assess the suitability of the manual for using the model from 5 qualified people. step 3: assess the suitability. The questionnaire was questioned by a suitability assessment form from 9 experts. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The results showed that: 1. The results of the study of the conditions and factors of the transition from school to work management of students with intellectual disabilities in schools with disabilities, group 7, Southern region, under the office of special education administration, it was found that there were at moderate level level in all aspects. 2. The results of the development of transitional management from school to the work of students with intellectual disabilities in the disabled school, group 7 southern region under the office of special education management, found that the results of the study of the transitional management model from the school to the work of students with intellectual disabilities in the disabled school, group 7, southern region under the office of special education administration, consisting of 4 components, including elements 1, courses and curriculum management. Element 2, teaching and learning management. Element 3, teaching and learning management and elements 4, measurement and evaluation. The operation of the change of transition from school to the work of students with intellectual disabilities in the disabled school group 7 southern region under the office of special education adhere to the principles of PDCA management and the principle of transition from school to the work of students with intellectual disabilities was a person in the organization or different organizations to manage the transition from school to the work of students with intellectual disabilities in the school, including administrators, teachers, parents and establishments.
