Leadership According to the 4 Brahma Vihara Principles Affecting the Efficiency of School Administration under the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area office 1
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the level leadership according to 4 brahma vihara principles of administrators and teachers they affecting on the efficiency of school administration under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 2) to study the efficiency level of school administration of administrators and teachers under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 3) to study the relationship between leadership according to 4 brahma vihara principles and the efficiency of school administration under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 and 4) to identify the predictors used to forecast the leadership according to 4 brahma vihara principles with the efficiency in school administration under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1. The samples were school administrators and teachers in Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 which included a total number of 302 people. Tools used in collecting information was 5 level estimation scale questionnaires which the IOC valued at 0.77-1.00 and the reliability of the whole edition was .77. The results showed that: 1. Leadership according to the 4 brahma vihara principles in administrators and teachers under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 on school administration efficiency under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 The overall of was at the highest level. When considering each side in descending order of the mean, it was found that the karuna side had the highest mean, followed by the metta side. side part mutita and ubekkha side was the least average. 2. The overall of the educational institute administration efficiency of administrators and teachers under Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1 was at the highest level. When considering each side in descending order of average, it was found that human development and coordination with the highest average, followed by goal achievement, Operations and planning has the least average 3. On the overall aspect, there was the highest level of relationship between the leadership according to 4 brahma vihara principles and school administration efficiency in Surat Thani primary educational service area office 1. Moreover, there was statistical significance at the .01 level, which was consistent with the hypothesis.
