Administration of Education Institutions by using the Friendly Principles of Education Administrators According to the Perception of the Teacher under the Office of Secondary Education Service Area, Nakhon Si Thammarat
Abstract:
The objectives of this study were: as follow 1) to examine the administration of educational based on friendly principles of education Administrators according to the perception of the teacher Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. 2) to compare the administration of educational based on friendly principles of education Administrators according to the perception of the teacher Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat classified by gender, age, educational level and experience of work and 3) to find out the guidelines for the promotion of the administration of educational based on friendly principles of education Administrators according to the perception of the teacher Under the Secondary Education Service Area Office Nakhon Si Thammarat. The sample group in this research consisted of 337 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0. 98. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The Statistics used for hypothesis testing using t test (Independent Samples) and One-Way ANOVA analysis using F test statistics. The Study used statistically significant at 0.05 level for testing hypothesis and content analysis. The researchs findings were as follows: 1) Educational institution administration friendly Principle of School Administrators according to the perception of the teacher. Overall, it is found that it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it is found that the side with the highest mean is they can make a profound statement followed by the side is not lead in a way that is deteriorating, tolerant of words, endearing side, the respected side, the admirable side. and the wise speaks, admonishing and admonishing, respectively. 2) The results of the comparison of opinions towards educational institution administration friendly Principle of education Administrators are found that teachers with different ages had overall and individual opinions. The respectable side is differ as statistically significant at .05 level. 3) The guidelines for promoting the administration of educational friendly principle of education administrators. The administrators should pay attention to Take care all of teachers and staff like family members, should be a good-natured person, smile and speak with polite words. Being a good role model in work and behavior does not interfere and induce all kinds of vices. Be able to control your emotions while listening to counseling, being questioned, or being criticized. The scope of work is clearly defined. Many problems can be solved using a variety of methods.
