Application of the Trisikkha Principles to Prepare an Annual Action Plan in an Educational Institution of Administrators and Teachers under the Office of Education phuket Municipality
Abstract:
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the application level of Trisikkha principles. to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality. 2) To compare the application of the Trisikkha principle to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality when classified by gender, age, educational level work experience and position and 3) To study the recommendations for applying the Trisikkha principles to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality. The samples used in this research were 20 school administrators and 205 teachers, totaling 225 people. They were obtained by stratified random sampling and simple random sampling method. The tool used was a 5level estimation scale questionnaire about Applying the three principles to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education The data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and comparative analysis with t-test (Independent Samples) and one-way ANOVA test (F-test One-way ANOVA). The researchs findings were as follows : 1. Level of application of the trisikkha principles to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality Overall, it's at a high level at every level. and when sequencing the level of application of the trisikkha principles To prepare an annual action plan from high to low, such as the stage for implementing the annual action plan, the stage for approving the annual action plan, the stage for the preparation of the annual action plan, the follow-up and evaluation stage. and planning preparation steps, respectively. 2. Comparison results of applying Trisikkha principles to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality When sex, age, education level and position were differentiated statistically at .05 level. no different. 3. Suggestions for applying the Trisikkha principle to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers under the Office of Education Phuket Municipality 1) Pre-planning stage Administrators and teachers should provide training to educate those involved first and then lead to planning. 2) The process of making an annual action plan. Administrators and teachers should develop an annual action plan every year. There may be an increase or decrease in projects or activities that meet the focus. 3) Annual action plan approval stage. Administrators and teachers should acknowledge the recommendations from the committee of basic education institutions and use them as guidelines or improvements. 4) The implementation of the annual action plan. Administrators and teachers should have an operational calendar. There is at least 2 weeks of planning in advance of the project or activity and 5) the follow-up evaluation phase. Administrators and teachers should understand the project follow-up meetings and the results after the project has been completed. for information in the next year's evaluation.
