Abstract:
This thesis has the following objectives: (1) To study the level of utilization of the principle of friendship of educational institution administrators in Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. (2) To study the level of organizational commitment of teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. (3) To study the relationship between the use of the principle of friendship and the organizational commitment of educational institution administrators in Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population were school teacher under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 . there are about 2,620 persons, sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan's table measurement, the samples were about 335 persons, The tool used for data collection is a closed-ended questionnaire which analyzes the data intensively. volume with a ready-made computer program The statistics used in the research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearsons Product Moment Correlation. The researchs findings were as follows: - 1. The results of the analysis concerning the level of use of the 7 principles of Kalyanamit Dharma of school administrators and the organizational commitment of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, covering all 7 digits. It was found that the government teachers' opinions on the use of the 7 principles of Kalyanamit Dharma of educational institute administrators under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, including 7 digits, were at the highest level. When considering each aspect in descending order of average, it was found that Piyo (Love) has the highest average, followed by Vatta (explaining reasons, persuasion), and Khru (respectable). with the lowest mean respectively. 2. The results of the analysis of the application of the principle of Kalyanamit Dharma 7 as a whole (X) and the overall organizational commitment (Y) of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 It was found that there was a statistically significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level (r = .916) There was a statistically significant positive correlation at the 0.01 level in all three aspects: strong confidence. and recognition of the organization's goals (r = .975) in terms of willingness to make significant efforts for the organization (r = .627) and a strong desire to maintain membership in the organization (r = .613)
