Abstract: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ 4) เพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้าตัวพยากรณ์ที่ใช้ในการพยากรณ์หลักพุทธธรรมกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ ผู้วิจัยเจาะจงจังหวัดกระบี่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 373 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถาม สถิติพรรณนา (Descriptive Statistics) สำหรับอธิบายลักษณะทั่วไปของกลุ่มตัวอย่างและพรรณนาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูสอนที่มีต่อการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’s Product - Moment Correlation Coefficient) และวิเคราะห์ค้นคว้าตัวพยากรณ์ที่ใช้ในการพยากรณ์หลักพุทธธรรมกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ โดยวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า : 1. การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรังกระบี่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาหลักการครองคน (สังคหวัตถุ 4) การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาหลักการครองงาน (อิทธิบาท 4) และการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาหลักการครองตน (พละ 4) ตามลำดับ 2. การบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงโดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน ด้านการวางแผนงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในสถานศึกษาและด้านการพัฒนาส่งเสริมให้มีแหล่งเรียนรู้และใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ตามลำดับ 3. ความสัมพันธ์การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก โดยการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรม มีความสัมพันธ์กับการบริหารงานวิชาการสถานศึกษาทุกด้าน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรม หลักการครองงาน (อิทธิบาท 4) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการวัดผล ประเมินผลและดำเนินการเทียบโอนผลการเรียน รองลงมา คือการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรม หลักการครองงาน (อิทธิบาท 4) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ และการประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมหลักการครองตน (พละ 4) มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรในสถานศึกษาต่ำที่สุด 4. การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณเพื่อศึกษาค้นคว้าตัวพยากรณ์ที่ใช้ในการพยากรณ์หลักพุทธธรรมกับการบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาตรัง กระบี่ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 การประยุกต์ใช้หลักพุทธธรรมบริหารงานวิชาการในสถานศึกษาในแต่ละด้านตัวพยากรณ์ดีที่สุด คือ การประยุกต์หลักการครองงาน (อิทธิบาท 4) ในบริหารงานวิชาการ และตัวพยากรณ์ดีรองลงมา คือ การประยุกต์หลักการครองตน (พละ4) ในบริหารงานวิชาการ ส่วนการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการครองคน (สังคหวัตถุ 4) ไม่ได้เป็นตัวพยากรณ์ที่ส่งผลในบริหารงานวิชาการ เมื่อนำปัจจัยดังกล่าวซึ่งเป็นตัวพยากรณ์ไปสร้างสมการพยากรณ์สามารถสร้างสมการในรูปของคะแนนดิบและคะแนนมาตรฐานได้ดังนี้ สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y = -.374 + .178 (X1) + .679 (X3) สมการพยากรณ์ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .181 (X1) + .675 (X3)

Abstract: The objectives of this research were: 1) To study the level of application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. 2) To study the level of academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area Office. 3) To study the relationship and application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area Office. 4) To study and research the forecasters used to forecast Buddhadhamma principles and academic administration in educational institutions. Under the office of Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area. The samples used were school administrators and teachers in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. A sample of 373 people was obtained. The instrument used was a questionnaire on the application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office. Data analysis from questionnaires, and descriptive statistics for describing the general characteristics of the samples. And describe the opinions of the administrators of the educational institutes and teachers towards the application of Buddhadhamma principles in academic administration in educational institutions Under the office of Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area. Data analysis was done using a packaged computer program. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and (Pearson's correlation Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient) and analyzed the forecasters used in Buddhadhamma principles forecasting with academic administration in educational institutions affiliated with the Trang, Krabi Secondary School District Office. By analyzing stepwise multiple regression. The results of the research were found as follows: 1. Application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area Office. Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was at a high level in all aspect. Sorted in descending order as follows: Application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions (principles of people dominance is Sangahavattha 4) application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions (principles of occupation is Iddhipada 4) and application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions (principles of self-possession is Bala 4) respectively. 2. Academic administration in educational institutions under the Educational Service Area Office Trang Krabi Secondary School Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that it is at a high level in all aspects. Sorted in descending order as follows: in teaching and learning management in educational institutions development of learning processes; measurement, evaluation, and transfer of learning outcomes. Academic planning Research for improving the quality of education in educational institutions. The development of curricula in educational institutions and the development of promoting the availability of learning resources and the use of technology for education, respectively. 3. The relationship with the application of Buddhadhamma principles for academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Educational Service Area Office with statistical significance at the .01 level was positive. by applying Buddhadhamma principles It is related to the academic administration of educational institutions in all aspects when considering each aspect application of Buddhadhamma principles. The principle of occupation (Iddhipada 4) was positively correlated with the evaluation, evaluation and transfer of academic performance, followed by the application of Buddhadhamma principles. The principle of occupation (Iddhipada 4) has a positive relationship with the development of the learning process and the application of the Buddhadharma principles of self-possession (Bala 4) has a positive correlation with the development of curricula in the lowest educational institutions. 4. Multiple regression analysis to study and research forecasters used in forecasting Buddhadhamma principles and academic administration in educational institutions under the Trang, Krabi Secondary Education Service Area Office was statistically significant at the .01 level. The best predictor of the application of Buddhism in academic administration in educational institutions in each aspect was: Application of the principle of occupation (Iddhipada 4) in academic administration and the next good forecaster is to apply the principle of self-domination (Bala 4) in academic administration as for the application of the principle of people domination (Sangahavathu 4), it is not a predictor that affects academic administration when using the aforementioned factor, which is a forecaster, to create a forecast equation, the equation can be created in the form of raw scores and standard scores as follow: Forecast equations in raw score form Y = -.374 + .178 (X1) + .679 (X3) Forecast equations in standard score form Z = .181 (X1) + .675 (X3)
