An Application the Yonisomanasikara and Effectiveness in School as Perecived by Teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3
Abstract:
This thesis aims as follows 1) To study the level of application of the Yonisomanasikara in school administrators as perceived by teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3. 2) To study the level of effectiveness in school administrators as perceived by teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3. and 3) To study the relationship between the application of the Yonisomansikara and the effectiveness in school administrators as perceived by teachers under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The population, There are about 1,598 persons, sample size according to Krejcie and Morgan's table measurement, the samples were about 306 persons, The tool used to collect data is a closed-ended questionnaire, which analyzes quantitative data with ready-made computer programs. Statistics used in the research include frequency values, percentage values, mean, and standard deviations. And Pearson's simple correlation statistics The researchs findings were as follows: - 1. The results of the analysis on the level of use of Yonisomanasikara in the administration of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Education Service Area Office 3, in total, all 10 ways, was found to be the highest level of Yonisomanasikara administration. When considered on a side-by-side basis, sorted by descending average. It was found that the causal thinking method had the highest average, followed by the aristocratic way of thinking and the real value-knowing way of thinking artificial value equally and the component-discrete way of thinking had the lowest average, respectively. 2. The results of the analysis on the level of use of effectiveness in the administration of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary education service area office 3, as a whole, all 4 aspects, showed the highest level of administrative effectiveness. When considered on a side-by-side basis, sorted by descending average. It was found that academic administration had the highest average, followed by general administration had the lowest average Respectively. 3. The results of the analysis of the use of Yonisomanasikara by combining (X) with the effectiveness (Y) in the administration of school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat primary education service area office 3, was found to have a statistically significant positive correlation of 0.01 (r = .882) when considering individual aspects, there were statistically significant positive correlations at 0.01 levels: academic administration (r = .847), budget management (r = .454), personnel management (r = .629), and general administration (r = .841).
