Abstract:
The objectives of this thesis are as follows: 1. To study the application of the Sankhahavatthu 4 principle in the administration of school administrators according to the opinions of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service Area office 2. Sankhahavatthu 4 in the administration of school administrators according to teachers' opinions 3. To study the suggestions for applying the Sankhahavatthu 4 principle in the administration of school administrators according to Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service Area office 2 classified by sex, age, educational background and work experience. teacher's opinion under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2. The population is government teachers working in educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 in the amount of 2,620 people. The sample group was 335 government teachers working in educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2. The instrument used for data collection was a closed-ended questionnaire that analyzed quantitative data using a computer program. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and the mean difference test using the t-test. The researchs findings were as follows: 1. The results of the analysis on the application of the Sangahavathu 4 principle in the administration of educational institution administrators based on the opinions of teachers under the Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2 overall found that the main application of Sangkhahawattu 4 is at the highest level. When considering each aspect in descending order of average value, it was found that the Atthachariya aspect and Samanattata aspect the highest mean, followed by the Piyavaca aspect, while the Dana side in the lowest mean respectively. 2. The results of the analysis on the comparative application of the Sangahavathu 4 principles in the administration of educational institution administrators according to the opinions of teachers. In the office of Nakhon Si Thammarat primary educational service area office 2, the classification by gender, educational background and overall work experience in all 3 aspects are no difference. The opinions on the application of Sangahavathu 4 in the administration of educational institute administrators are significantly different at the .05 level. 3. The results of collecting recommendations about an application of four Sangghahavatthu principles in school administration found that Dana; the suggestion with the highest frequency was that executives should promote personnel by providing satisfactory welfare benefits, cultivate morality and Ethics for students at all times and provide appropriate and cost- effective learning resources in educational institutions. Piyavaca; The most frequent suggestion is to use words that create love, unity, and encouragement, not slander, or raving words, personnel has explained the use of budget for various activities in the school appropriately and given advice on how to use the budget for personnel to maximize benefits. Atthachariya; The most frequent suggestion is that there should always serve others on occasion, be transparent clearly show the criteria for evaluating personnel's performance and willingly help others without expecting a return. Samanattata; The recommendation with the highest frequency was that the school's operational calendar should be set up so that personnel could work systematically, on public relations in education by using moral principles to build relationships all the time and be friendly with other people, not hold yourself arrogant with other people.
