Abstract:
This research aimed to study the level of work-life balance, job satisfaction, and telework productivity of employees, as well as to study the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on telework productivity of employees in a data center service company. The sample consisted of 128 employees who were assigned to work from home. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument and the statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and simple linear regression analysis. The finding revealed that most of the respondents were male, aged 31-40 years, had 1-5 years of experience, and worked at the client unit. The employees had high levels of work-life balance, job satisfaction, telework productivity. In addition, it was found that work-life balance had a positive influence on job satisfaction and telework productivity, and job satisfaction had a positive influence on telework productivity.
